The flavour profile of Baja Kanpachi is a cross between tender Sablefish and buttery Yellowfin. It’s perfect for use in sushi and sashimi, or for grilling. One fish goes a long way when used for both sushi and grilled dishes, allowing you to grow your revenue. Kanpachi is nutrient-rich, with high levels of Omega-3, DHA and EPA fatty acids.
