With over 25 years of experience in the seafood industry, Joe believes that vision and resourcefulness provides what it takes to succeed. He has worked with leading firms in the industry in a range of roles with diverse responsibilities. This varied background is what gives him the ability to see the bigger picture, an important part of the seafood industry that cannot go unrecognized. If anyone knows the selling process: how its done, sustained and achieved, its Joe. After all, it is what he does.
In the next 20 years, “I want salmon farmers to be more pro-active rather than re-active. Fisherman are hard workers and their ethic, catch methods and principles should not be unnoticed. Knowing your fisherman and where your seafood comes from impacts the taste.”
Ralph worked on the first commercial salmon farm in Canada. By gaining hands-on experience, his knowledge of seafood, how its grown, processed and sold led him to a confident start of Sea Agra in 1991. If anyone were to talk about the importance of adaptation in the industry, Ralph would be it. An underlying amount of commitment shown from decades of working in the seafood world, combined with a good old fashioned dose of honesty and integrity are what best describe his strengths and character.

Rob worked in the culinary industry before coming on board with Sea Agra. His passion for cooking food made for an easy transition to selling high quality seafood products. His customers appreciate his candid ability to deliver on promises made, through and through. With organization and wit, Rob works hard to exceed Sea Agra’s customer expectations. To do so, he manages the buying and selling of sustainable products at sustainable prices.

Angus comes to Sea Agra with over 18 years of logistics management in the Seafood industry. Having forged long term relationships with leaders in the field of both aquaculture and wild fisheries. With an understanding of specific customer needs, Angus always delivers with a high level service that exceeds expectations.
How does he make a difference? “As the industry has evolved, so has the movement of the products. Creatively sourcing solutions to meet these changing demands, and maintaining solid relationships in the industry is how we’ll best serve our customers.”
Sandra has eight years of industry experience and an unwavering commitment to customer service. Her practical, no-nonsense approach to getting things done helps support our sales teams efforts to ensure Sea Agra’s customers get the level of service they deserve.

With an extensive professional sales background and specialization in marketing strategy, online advertising and brand development, Veronica enjoys flexing her matchmaking and solutions-oriented sales skills in the seafood industry. After spending 11 years of creative thinking and selling in the media world, she moved into the world of aquaculture in 2018 so she could focus on marketing premium fish from local and international producers to seafood wholesalers throughout North America.
Her secret sauce, you ask? “A team type attitude and win-win approach helps me gain key accounts for my customers, so they can focus on raising top-quality fish.”
